We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. There are cost that do occur which are not covered benefits, we will explain those to you as they arise.
Additionally we participate in the Care Credit program which is available for an alternative payment option. We have applications at our office if you wish to explore this. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your dental benefit coverage.
We value our patients and employees time. If you need to change or cancel your appointment we do require a 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours a fee may be applied to your account.

While Torrey Dental is no longer in-network with Delta Dental, we will still continue to accept and bill benefits to Delta Dental as an out-of-network provider and assist with claims. When you get treatment, we’ll work with you to maximize your benefits from the insurance.
This change is due to the insurance company’s restrictions, which limit our ability to provide the high-quality care and materials we value. Rather than compromise our standards, we opted to leave the network in order to use higher quality materials and treatments. If you are unsure what your policy will allow, please give our office a call, and we would be happy to help. We can work with you to get your insurance billed and to make this financially easy for you.
